Shell Corporate Relations Community Engagement Adviser in Krakow (City), Poland

What is the Role?

As the Corporate Relations Community Engagement Adviser, you will be at the forefront of our global efforts in social performance and social investment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing social performance and social investment indicators, compiling and validating data for internal and external reporting, and ensuring the effective use of IT platforms for data consolidation. This role involves frequent interaction with the SP Expert Team and building relationships with Shell’s social performance and social investment staff worldwide, as well as collaborating with the IT team responsible for maintaining these platforms.

Key Accountabilities

• Data Management: Maintain the community feedback database in Salesforce and support data visualization in Power BI.

• Training & Support: Provide training to focal points on using Salesforce and Power BI, and support the central team in analyzing global feedback data for trends and recommended actions.

• System Development: Assist in developing a system for monitoring the resolution of complaints and requests.

• Reporting: Participate in quarterly reviews of feedback data with Regional SP teams and contribute to quarterly and annual reporting on community feedback and access to remedy.

• Collaboration: Provide community feedback data for the Annual, Sustainability, and Global Social Performance reports, and support collaboration with teams in P&A, Supply Chain, Worker Welfare, and Corporate Security.

• Digitalization: Stay connected with Shell digitalization workstreams and provide recommendations on making community feedback data relevant to the wider organization.

• IT Interface: Serve as the focal point for interfaces with IT on products, platforms, and data governance.
